My name is Sam Dring and welcome to my website. I am a qualified counsellor with 11 years experience in counselling.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)

I believe that all people have the potential for growth. My approach aims to move individuals towards a greater degree of independence and assist them in their personal growth, by equipping them with the tools necessary to cope with the problems they are currently facing and any future problems.

I work with adults, young people and couples on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling them to enhance their lives more fully.
